Rick brings over 30 years of experience working with clients in the technology and retail/distribution industries on issues including startups, supply chain, operations, finance, budgeting, customer experience, training and development, compensation and organizational design and effectiveness. As the former President of Blue Mountain Enterprises, Rick created the vision for the development of a regional real estate company into a major national asset management company. Rick’s leadership provided the guidance for the management of thousands of assets and the development of a proprietary sales and enterprise software system. In 2014, Rick's group purchased a winery and ran operations.
Rick's additional experiences included Arthur Anderson and Jefferson Wells, where his client base included such widely-recognized companies as Longs Drugs, Banana Republic, The Gap, West Marine, Disney Stores, and Macy’s West.

Patrick Wong is an executive that has developed businesses through innovative product marketing, operational development and sales growth with over 18 years of proven experience within startup companies, including Nielsen//Netratings. His previous positions included the responsibilities of $70M of asset management and the growth of a firm's sales from $20M to nearly $500M in 5 years. His passion is focused upon the development of new products and services which have high impact on the end-user.

Vicki Nash brings over 25 years of accounting experience as a Controller, overseeing accounting and operations through planning, processing, implementation and management of controls and procedures, and financial analysis and reporting. She most recently held a long term position as Controller of a $375M national company with diverse enterprises and multiple companies. She provided accountability for management of assets, integrating accounting and operations with management and employees, and reporting of combined and consolidated financial reports. Vicki worked with a variety of investors, banks, auditors and lending institutions to obtain fund sourcing, with investment capital reaching around $200M.
